We Need Your Help!
As you are undoubtedly aware, on Monday the 12th of May 2008 a devastating earthquake struck China. The current death toll is nearing 29,000 and it is estimated that this will rise to 50,000. The Red Cross Society of China (RCSC) have already begun their aid efforts, however need more donations to work more effectively. Therefore if possible, we would like to request your support and donate what ever you can to RCSC on the following webpage:
EUCSA is one of the oldest and most successful cultural societies in the University of Edinburgh. With currently over 300 active members and expectations for the number to increase by 100 every year, we might even be one of the largest.
The majority of our members are Chinese students of the University of Edinburgh and other institutes in Scotland; however we also have members from different backgrounds who are interested in Chinese language and culture.
